What inspires me?

Waking up everyday to a fully functioning, fully able, and fully optimised human body is what inspires me everyday. Being able to wake up every morning ready to attack the day is something I’ll never take for granted.

My passion has always been the human body and how it functions. Not just functions in a physical way, but also functions in a mental way and how our behaviour affects our physiology.

I want to find out exactly what my client needs and desires are when it comes to health and body composition. I break this down into 4 areas; movement, mindset, nutrition, and lifestyle. I want to be able to help you take control of these areas to improve longevity and internal health.

Health Analysis and Interpretation.

Once we’ve established exactly what your needs and goals are, to get a further understand of health, DNA test, microbiome tests and blood tests can be done to get as much information about your current health. This allows us to look into any hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies and pathologies detected.

Personalised Bespoke Plans.

Based upon your assessment and health analysis, I create a personalised nutrition and supplement protocol and a training and movement plan to suit your goals.
